Serving as Business Development Representative, you will analyse our primary markets, identify prospective clients and approach business opportunities across the country. Your main task is to maintain a high volume of opportunities in our pipe and to generate leads. A successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial doer that enjoys finding new business prospects and working in the early stages of the sales funnel . You will work closely with our Marketing and Sales functions.
 
In short: you will be part of an exciting journey, be an important part in activating the UK market and ensure long term success. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a successful outbound lead generation as well as taking care of inbound leads and certain marketing campaigns.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospecting and lead generation – mainly via cold calling and emailing to companies in the construction industry
  • Analyse relevant companies and construction projects in order to ensure successful partnerships
  • Continuously build and maintain our pipeline, including CRM documentation
  • Online product demonstrations
  • Ownership of different relevant marketing campaigns
  • Generate sales opportunities to hand over to our local BDM’s
  • Be our first point of contact for all inbound leads as well as qualifying these
  • Work together with our Marketing team to deliver business opportunities within our segments
  • Play a key role in our team and work toward our vision

  • You are not afraid of cold calling and high volume outbound lead generation
  • You are responsive, communicative, creative and passionate about your work
  • You are highly organised, structured and see documentation of daily activities as key to long term success
  • You are highly motivated with a real “can do” attitude - a self-starter
  • You are a team player who enjoys building long term relationships
  • You have excellent communications skills with the ability to express complex technical information in easy-to-understand terms in English.
  • You are ambitious – there are some great future career prospects for the right candidate
  • You like working in a fast-paced start up atmosphere.
